| Headed out to watch some of the WTC 10miler today. Ended up running 6.5 miles, parts of the course. Probably my best training run of the year so far. Hammy felt great, didn't try to push the pace at all, and hit some pretty decent hills as well. Fun to see some of the running friends that I haven't seen through the winter. Avg-7:27
